Go around the room. Each person answers one question in a sentence:

What is one thing you will change in an API you own, on Monday?

The instructor collects the answers on the shared board. The most common ones, from previous runs of this workshop, in order:

1. Move authorization from endpoints to groups
2. Add integration tests through WebApplicationFactory
3. Stop reading the caller's identity from the request body
4. Adopt ProblemDetails everywhere
5. Replace hand-rolled retry loops with the standard resilience handler
6. Add an AppHost to the solution just for the dashboard
